24/7/365 Advocacy Services
Because of your support, we’ve been able to keep our 24/7 services up and running throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Advocates have been working hard to stay safely connected to residents living in our shelter and to those who have a safe place to live but still need support from our team. We’ve been using Zoom and phone calls to provide services when we can, and we’ve been able to help new families experiencing abuse move into our safe shelter. For 40 years, our advocates have been available 24/7/365 on our Helpline, and that hasn’t change. Call today if you need to speak with someone: 928-445-HOPE (445-4673). Step One Community Center Meeting Rooms
One of the ways we love to serve our 12-step and recovery community, non-profit friends, and other community groups is through our Step One Community Center meeting rooms. While we’ve had to close our meeting rooms during the pandemic, we look forward to allowing groups to come back as soon as we can. As of now, our meeting rooms will remain closed through May.

Next Chapter Recovery Bookstore
Our Prescott advocacy location and recovery bookstore is remaining closed during May. Anyone who needs to speak with an advocate can always call our 24/7/365 Helpline and get connected to someone immediately – 928-445-HOPE (4673). Additionally, if you or someone you know needs recovery materials, call our administration office at 928-772-4184 and we will help arrange for you to purchase what you need!
