Community can come in many forms. Supportive fellowship, local resources, and advocacy support all help families rebuild their lives as they find freedom from all forms of abuse. Take a look at some outcomes from families who worked with our advocates in 2023! Adults complete an anonymous survey upon exit to provide feedback. From January 1 – December 31, 2023:
- 96% reported they are (re)gaining control of their lives.
- 100% reported their safety improved even after leaving SSA.
- 100% reported they know how to plan for their continued safety.
- 100% reported their child acquired skills that will enable them to keep themselves safe.
