From contacting the advocates for the first time through the Helpline to walking out the door on the last day living at the shelter, families often report how grateful they are to have found support during one of the toughest times in their lives. And we are grateful that we can be here 24/7 on the phone and in person for local families!
Adults complete an anonymous survey upon exit to provide feedback. Outcomes reported rom July 1 – September 30, 2025 include:
- 100% reported they have increased feeling of well-being.
- 89% reported they know how to plan for their continued safety.
- 100% reported they are confident they will be free from abuse, even after leaving Stepping Stones.
- 100% reported they felt believed.
- 100% reported they are completing their goals.
