But because of our commitment to support local families in our community, you are also helping ensure that families who come to shelter in the middle of the night have clothing and food available when they arrive. You’re making it possible for adults who haven’t worked in years or need a second chance to have jobs where they can learn skills that they can take with them to future employment, all while earning a paycheck. And most of all, you are helping to keep the lights on and the doors open 24/7/365 for families who need safety and hope after experiencing violence.
